Artwork Design & Modification

American Sign & Specialty will inspect all artwork submitted to confirm it's applicability and consistency regarding the products you have selected.

Billable

For modifications that exceed 1 hour, we provide art services at $60.00 per hour.

American Sign & Specialty has a full service art and design center. We have top artists/designers who work with the latest technology and newest applications. We will work with you to create an appropriate image to represent you, your company or organization.

Some of the services offered are

  • Logo design

  • Full color scanning

  • Full color photo-realistic printing/output

  • Concept/theme design

  • Design Services (created on a MAC, but can be viewed on a PC)

My Artwork

At American Sign & Specialty, we want to make your ordering experience as smooth and easy as possible. Artwork doesn't have to be difficult. Once we have your artwork, we keep it on file so that hassle will be out of the way on all future orders. Remember, we can always typeset your company name and message at NO CHARGE.

Please note: If fonts aren't converted to paths or outlines, you must supply MAC compatible fonts, otherwise every attempt will be made to match your font as closely as possible, and you will receive a proof prior to the order being processed). If you require a logo to be created or recreated at camera-ready quality, our professional designers are at your service at the rate of $60/hour.

Submit Artwork Electronically

Upon placing your order, you should have submitted your artwork at the end of your transaction. However if you need to send us your artwork after placing your order, please send it to CustomerService@ImageExpertise.com. Please make sure to include the file extension (type) in the email.

We are able to accept art under the following conditions:

We require vector-based artwork such as an Adobe Illustrator AI or EPS file. All fonts MUST be converted to outlines

If you are unable to provide us with a vector-based file, we can in certain circumstances accept an image file such as PSD, JPEG, or TIFF. The file must be 300 dpi or more and MUST be saved either to the exact size of the desired imprint or larger than necessary.

No Artwork?

If you don't have camera ready art, no problem. Simply email us your company name and message and we'll typeset it at no charge. If you require a logo to be recreated at camera-ready quality, our professional designers are at your service at the rate of $60/hour.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times will be included in your quote. A firm shipment date will be supplied upon receipt of the final, approved and signed order. Note that each line item should arrive within its total delivery time. Choosing multiple line items should neither speed up nor slow down your order.

Production time is based on receiving your order with valid method of payment and design information. All times reflect business days.

Order Changes/Cancellations

American Sign & Specialty will make every effort, upon your written request, to change or cancel your order prior to the beginning of the production process. Any cancellation or change charges will be a direct pass through from the manufacturer to you.

If an item has begun production, we cannot stop or change the order. We can, if you wish, prevent shipment or redirect it. You will be charged the original amount quoted for all orders cancelled at this stage.

Returns

American Sign & Specialty is totally committed to achieving 100% customer satisfaction. Thus, if the merchandise is defective or if we made a mistake in the order, you need to notify us within 72 hours of your purchase's arrival and we will gladly take back the product within 7 days of your purchase's arrival. If you wish to return an item, please contact Customer Service at 352-751-5388 or e-mail us at CustomerService@ImageExpertise.com.

DO NOT return the items to the address on the packing materials. In many cases the facility processing the return will not be the same one that shipped the goods. We will provide you with the specific information you need.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned materials, credit will be posted to your account or a refund issued
