Digitizing
Charges:
Quality digitizing is the secret to great embroidery.
It is the combination of art and science. All logos are
$17 per thousand stitches. You may e-mail your artwork
in JPEG format. Logos with more than 25,000 stitches are
quoted individually. The above embroidery charges apply
to designs digitized by American Sign & Specialty.
If you have a design already on a disk, send us a copy
of the disk and we will quote you after we do a sew-out
of the design. If you do not have artwork we can provide
artwork services at $50 per hour.
Thread Charges:
We use high quality Madera threads and carry a large inventory
of stock colors. If you require a special order thread
color or metallic thread add $.50 per color per piece.
Monogramming:
Text only embroidery is done without digitizing. There
is a $5.00 set-up charge and priced by stitch count according
to the above chart.
Production Time:
We ship within 5-7 business days of sew-out approval and
receipt of merchandise. Initial approval of a design may
take up to seven (7) business days so please allow for
this time in your ordering. Once a design has been approved
and is on file, we will ship it within 5-7 business days
of receipt of the order. |

Approval Process:
Artwork
should be submitted in an IBM disk TIF or JPEG format
with designs being submitted at the size that is going
to be on the item. Designs that are not properly sized
may be subject to an additional charge. Color separations
are required for spot color printing but not 4 color
processes. We will match color copy of customer provided
artwork and/or PMS instructions. To ensure quality on
four-color process jobs, we prefer to control the separation
process and waive responsibility for customer provided
four-color process separations. If customer-provided
separations or approval process causes production downtime,
customer will be charged press time. Press-time: $250/hour.
